• Bring your device to school every day, and bring it to every class.
• Make sure your device is fully charged when you arrive at school.
• Keep your Always-On case on your device at all times. 
• Students have 5 days to report any damages or theft to the Repair Center through the Student Work Order System.

Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 

Step 1 - Submit a Help Desk ticket on the Klein Dashboard > Klein Weblinks > Chromebook Work Order
Step 2 - Back up your files. 
Step 3 - Bring your device to the Bearcat Repair Center (BRC).
