Important Student Reminders
- Bring your tablet to school every day, and bring it to every class.
- Make sure your tablet is fully charged when you arrive at school.
- Be sure to Restart your tablet each day for best perfomance.
- Keep your tablet in the case when you are not using it.
- Students have 5 days to report any damages or theft to the Repair Center through the Student Work Order System.
On Campus Bearkat Repair Center (BRC)

- Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Step 1 - Complete Student Work Order Request (You must be on campus to access the link on StudentNet.)
Step 2 - Back up your files.
Step 3 - Bring your Tablet PC to the BRC
Online Curbside Bearkat Repair Center
We are not able to offer tech support over the phone. We do have Curbside Service for Klein Online available from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekdays. Technicians cannot approach the car if the occupants are not wearing masks.

- Turn RIGHT
- Stop at the stop sign for Curbside Tech Repair
- Call to let us know you are waiting
- We’ll come out to your car
