Welcome to Klein High School!
In order to speed up the enrollment process and to assure appropriate placement, please be certain you have the following information with you:
Proof of Residence: We can accept a current light, water or gas bill with your name and address on it, closing or settlement papers, or a lease agreement signed by the lessee and lessor with the student's name listed as an occupant.
A Birth Certificate: A copy of the student's birth certificate is required.
Immunization Records: Texas law requires proper immunization before attending class. Please bring a certified, current immunization record with you at enrollment. Previous school immunization records will suffice. The nurse will discuss your records with you during registration.

School Records: Withdrawal form from former school is required. During summer registration we will accept a transcript, report card or withdrawal form.
Address of Your Previous School: When registration is completed, we will write for official records.
Student's Social Security Card: We need more than just the number. We will make a copy of the card and return it to you on the same day as you register.
